•Managing Finish Goods Warehouse and Purchase Parts Warehouding receiving, storage, issuance, and stock maintenance. •Ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand and minimize the risk of stockouts or overstocks. Manage the inventory lifecycle, including planning, procurement, monitoring, control, and disposal of obsolete or damaged stock. •Monitor and analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and purchasing patterns to identify inventory optimization opportunities. •Develop and implement efficient inventory management policies and procedures, including standards for receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. •Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth flow of goods. •Conduct regular assessments of inventory performance, including physical counts, comparison with system data, and variance analysis. •Identify and address the causes of inventory discrepancies, such as physical variances, losses, or theft. •Study and implement best practices in inventory management and monitor industry developments and trends.
